Immunodepletion of RKIP and effect of BNPP
The relative prasugrel hydrolase activity of RKIP depleted human small intestine S9. The depleted S9 fractions were incubated with 40 μM prasugrel for 20 minutes at 37°C in the presence of or absence of 0.1 mM BNPP.
