The f_i,ion, f_o,ion, f_i,uion, f_o,uion, λ (Table 1), V_max/K_m (Table 5), and PS_dif,inf,uion in each lot of human hepatocytes determined by f_o,ion, f_o,uion, λ, and PS_dif (Table 5), according to eq. 7, were used for the calculation.
