Stimulation of ATP hydrolysis of ABCG2 by curcumin and its analogs
The values are the mean ± S.D. of three independent experiments. The ATPase assays were carried out as described in Materials and Methods, and EC50 (concentration required for 50% stimulation) values were determined.
