Résumé

Le prégnénolone-16α-carbonitrile (PCN) provoque l'hypertrophie et l'hyperplasie du foie chez les rats intacts et à un moindre degré chez les rats partiellement hépatectomisés. Le nombre augmenté des mitoses des hépatocytes joue un rôle important dans l'hépatomégalie provoquée par le PCN.
