Membrane-based sample preparation for ion chromatography—Techniques, instrumental configurations and applications
2017, Journal of Chromatography ACitation Excerpt :As discussed in the previous sections on passive dialysis using sandwich dialysers and common dialysis probes an inherent problem, also valid in MD, is proper calibration when operated under typical non-equilibrium conditions. Entire book chapters and a large number of original papers are devoted to this problem and different strategies have been proposed [112–114]. A closer inspection of the published MD-IC work shows that in vitro measurement of standards solutions is used for quantification; yet in several papers quantification and calibration are not considered at all.

2012, Comprehensive Sampling and Sample PreparationAnalysis of the interactions of multicomponents in Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. with human serum albumin using on-line dialysis coupled with HPLC
2011, Journal of Chromatography B: Analytical Technologies in the Biomedical and Life SciencesCitation Excerpt :Under the optimized conditions, the dialytic R was evaluated for three water-soluble components in CIG, and the results are listed in Table 1. In general, the smaller and more hydrophilic the component, the higher the dialytic recovery is [31]. Sweroside with a smaller molecular weight and multiple hydrophilic groups had the highest dialytic recovery, and cornuside with the biggest molecular weight (542) had the lowest dialytic recovery.
