On page 1387 of the above article [Bhathena A, Lee C, and Riddick DS (2002) Drug Metab Dispos30:1385–1392], the nucleotide sequence of the reverse primer for analysis of rat hepatic CYP1A1 mRNA levels by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was incorrectly listed as 5′-CTTGGCTCTGTGAAGGAAGG-3′. The correct sequence is 5′-AGGCCGGAACTCGTTTG-3′. The correct primer sequences and cycling conditions were used in all experiments, resulting in a polymerase chain reaction product with a size consistent with the predicted 672 base pairs.
