In the above article [Wang P-F, Neiner A and Kharasch ED (2019) Drug Metab and Dispos 47 (10): 1195-1205; DOI: https://doi.org/10.1124/dmd.119.086348], changes provided by the authors were accidentally omitted during the proofing stage. The following changes have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article:

In Table 1, column 1, all entries have been italicized.

In Table 2, column 1, the letter s has been replaced with the number 20; in the units of measure row, mM has been changed to μM.

In Table 3, column 1, third line from the bottom, the lower-case letter superscript b has been italicized. In footnote b, *,;x,. has been deleted. In the body of the table, the symbols *,;x,. have been deleted.

In Table 4, column 7, units of measure row, pmol…min/pmol has been changed to pmol/min per picomoles; mM has been changed to μM.

On page 1197, right column, first paragraph, the last sentence has been changed to: The POR activity was converted to POR content assuming that 3000 nmol of cytochrome c are reduced per minute per nanomoles POR at 23C (Guengerich et al., 2009).

On page 1203, right column, second paragraph from the bottom, the last sentence has been changed to: These findings further strengthen the rationale for patient genotyping (specifically for CUP2B6 516G>T, 785A>G, and 983T>C polymorphisms) and for CYP2B6 genetically-guided efavirenz dosing (Mukonzo et al., 2014; Vo and Varghese Gupta, 2016).

The compositor regrets these errors and any inconvenience they may have caused.
