[14C]Warfarin (at 10 μM), [3H]imipramine (at 1.0 μM), and [3H]propranolol (at 1.0 μM) were dialyzedvs. human serum as well as in an experiment where serum and microsomes (at 1.0 mg/ml) were on opposite sides of the membrane. Values represent the mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
