  • 2-a Human liver microsomal samples from H10, H11, or rat and mouse liver microsomes were incubated with BMO (0.1–10 mM, depending on the sample) in phosphate buffer for 15 min. The apparent kinetic constants were determined using a curve-fitting computer model as described in Materials and Methods. Values shown are means ± SD of the results obtained with 3–4 experiments.
