Assay conditions were as described in Experimental Procedures. The 100% activities ranged from 36 to 40 pmol of product formed min−1 pmol−1 for P450 2C9 and from 60 to 80 pmol of product formed min−1 pmol−1 for P450 2D6. The data shown represent the mean of two different experiments.
