Results are expressed as correlation coefficients. Levels of statistical significance are indicated when ≤.05. CYP content indicates the spectrophotometric content of CYP per mg of microsomal protein. Final concentration of zopiclone in the incubate was 25 μM. There were no spurious correlations between CYP3A activity and other CYP activities or the total CYP content.
