Metabolism of benzphetamine by P450s Δ2B6 and Δ2B6 K262R P450s were reconstituted in the presence of reductase as described under Materials and Methods. A saturating concentration of benzphetamine was used and samples were incubated for 30 min at 30°C. Metabolites were isolated and analyzed by ESI-LC/MS. Standard error of the mean (S.E.M.) is shown.
