Substrate depletion rate constant obtained by fitting the first 100 s of each substrate depletion curve to a single-exponential decay and reaction velocities calculated from those rate constants, as well as the reaction velocities obtained by monitoring product formation
These values were used to generate Fig. 1, b and c. Recovered kdep and reaction velocities were obtained from fits to simulations.
