Kinetic parameters PSnet, b to a and PSapical of rosuvastatin in OATP1B1/MRP2- and OATP1B1/MDR1 double-transfected MDCKII cells
Data shown in Fig. 4 were used to determine the Km, Vmax, and Pdif values. These parameters were determined by fitting the data using the nonlinear least-squares method. Each point represents the mean ± computer-calculated S.D. (n = 3).
