Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. (n = 3). Apparent hepatobiliary clearance (Cl_b'app) is calculated as cumulative amount of conjugated flavonolignans excreted in bile (Ae) divided by the respective AUC_{0→90 min} of the parent flavonolignan in the perfusate.
