MRP1 dh constructs containing multiple mutations from the G region To generate the vectors expressing the mutant MRP1 proteins, site-directed mutagenesis was performed using the QuikChange II Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit (Stratagene), as described under Materials and Methods. Each construct was verified to be correct by both sequencing and restriction enzyme analysis.
