The 15 cryopreserved hepatocyte lots supplied by five commercial vendors (A–E) and 3 HepaRG lots supplied by one commercial vendor (G) were cultured; treated with omeprazole, phenobarbital, or rifampicin for 48 h; and used for enzyme assay to measure CYP1A2, CYP2B6, and CYP3A4 enzyme activity, as described in Materials and Methods.
