Parameter values for sodium fluorescein uptake kinetics in suspended rat hepatocytes at different ages
Values are the mean (±S.D.) of three different batches of hepatocyte preparation (except two batches at 6 weeks). Statistical significance is indicated by *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001 analysis of variance (and Dunnett's post hoc), compared with values at 8 weeks old (adult rat) as control condition.
