Suppression of gene expression for CYP1A2, CYP2B6, and CYP3A4 after treating primary hepatocytes with increasing concentrations of IL-6 (0.006–50 ng/ml) and IL-18 (1.95–500 ng/ml)

Data were normalized to untreated cells and fitted to a four-parameter dose-response model. Mean and standard deviation values are from two different wells. For IL-18, no E_min is quoted owing to the lack of any dose-response.
