Summary of inhibition of transport function of ABCG2 by curcumin and its analogs (percentage of control)

The inhibitory activity of transport function of ABCG2 was calculated by dividing the mean fluorescence intensity in the presence of 10 µM curcumin or curcumin analogs by that in the presence of 10 µM Ko143. The inhibition of transport function by 10 µM Ko143 was considered as 100%. The values are the mean ± S.D. (n = 3) of three independent experiments.
