Data are expressed as percentage of metabolites formed after 2 hours of incubation of 100 μM ADT in the presence of β-NF-, PB-, and DEXA-pretreated rat liver microsomes, or HLM, as indicated in Materials and Methods. Data are mean ± S.D. from two to five experiments. The amounts of pHA were too low to be accurately quantified.
