Inhibition of (S)-O-desmethylnaproxen formation in single-donor HLMs by sulfaphenazole and furafylline
Data are means ± S.D. across three repeated experiments. Comparisons between low (n = 5) and high (n = 5) CYP1A2 expressors were assessed using two-tailed unpaired t tests allowing for heteroscedasticity. The asterisks denote statistical significance when compared with percent inhibition in low CYP1A2 expressors.
