In the above article [Bapiro TE, Sykes A, Martin S, Davies M, Yates JWT, Hoch M, Rollison HE, and Jones B (2018) Drug Metab and Dispos 46 (9):1268-1276; DOI: https://doi.org/10.1124/dmd.118.081539], there is an error in equation 1 and 3 where [S]in the numerator from both equations was erroneously left out and not caught during the proofing process. The correct forms in GraphPad Prism have been used to fit the data and the mistake is only in the transcribing in the paper. The corrected equations 1 and 3 are provided below.
